Unpleasant visitToday I went to pick up the shirt my son requested from Tip Top Oakville Place. unfortunately from the minute we entered the store the salesperson Amir didn’t have any intention to help. I told him I don’t have the receipt but I bought many things for years and have an account under my phone number. He resisted to help and at the end I asked him to call the store manager Joe that I dealt with (Joe was awesome, very very helpful, dealing with Joe with a great experience) Amir kept treating us in a very bad manner, and told us to just come when store manager will be present (apparently he didn’t want to work). Before leaving we were saying just a quick note, you treated us very bad, his answer was for us to leave the store pointing us to the door and when we said that this is bad customer service he said to leave or he will call mall security All my life I have never been treated or spoken to in this manner from anyone in any store before like this, not in Canada or any country around the world. This person made us deciding to never ever deal with Tip Top again. Which is unfortunate because we loved this store and other professional people working in it like Joe.
